Over the last thirty years we have built up a trusted network of suppliers who can support on manufacture of most components across a wide range of industries. This has been a requirement in order to support providing a full turnkey supply and works well for us having a good working relationship and being able to react fast.

FABRICATION

Using a number of local suppliers we have capacity for large fabrication support via overhead crane to 20 tonnes with projects to ISO 9001 and BSEN 1090 exc class 3 certified. These all have separate work areas for mild steel, stainless and aluminium utilising GTAW and MIG welding to ASME IX and  BSEN ISO15614-1:2004. We also have forming capability via rolls, press brake and guillotine backed up by experienced sheet metal capability. We have a full bank of welding procedures that cover a range of positions and materials including carbon, alloy and stainless steels but are always willing to add to our bank of procedures to complete the works.

For specialist welding we have capacity with a well respected local company who have invested in the technology and procedures to offer support to oil and gas, medical, food, dairy and brewery and marine.  

 MACHINING -  CNC AND CONVENTIONAL

We offer low volume CNC and conventional milling and turning along with horizontal and vertical boring for larger components. We have now also secured  volume manufacture turning with  CNC sliding head capacity up to 45mm diameter.

SPARES AND MAINTENANCE

We offer support for all industries to reapir or remanufacture worn or broken items. Often when the OEM part is not available we will reveserse engineer, match the material specification and requirements for the item, produce a new drawing and get the parts manufactured to the same specification.
