PAPER TO CAD

We will take your existing sketches or drawings and either replicate via scan to electronic or re-draw as 2D and 3D files for subsequent use on what is required, for example fabrication drawings for the shop floor or cutting down on storage space and working in an efficient way for data re-use.

 2D / 3D DESIGN

As a SolidWorks professional user we offer design services for 2D, 3D, assembly and sheet metal design in order to make the manufacturing or new product introduction process efficient with the optimum design. We have extensive experience in geometric tolerancing and design for manufacture including jig and tool design and special purpose machines and automation.

 TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

Using the CAD model data adds value by showing sections through components for training material, operation manuals, assembly instructions through to sales documentation for added impact when quoting / marketing.

REVERSE ENGINEERING DATA

For spare components or obsolete items which cannot easily be sourced we can provide an accurate drawing to enable new parts to be manufactured and in most cases pick out the key features for improvement savings.
